Trump Reveals How Long the Conflict with Iran Is Expected to Last

U.S. President Donald Trump on Sunday outlined a possible timeline for the conflict between the United States and Iran, saying it could extend for several weeks.

“It has always been a four-week process,” Trump said. “We think it will be four weeks or more,” he added, according to CNN.

“As strong as it is, it’s a big country. It will take four weeks — or less,” the U.S. president explained.

His comments clearly indicate how long the administration expects the military campaign to continue.

Trump also said he may soon deliver another public address as military operations in Iran continue.

“I’m preparing to do that,” he said when asked whether he planned to give another speech with updates on the strikes.
