The tense situation in the Middle East has begun to produce its first effects on the oil market, which is expected to be reflected in Kosovo as well. The Chairman of the Kosovo Fuel Traders Association, Fadil Berjani, has announced that uncertainty in production and transportation is pushing global prices upward.

According to him, the main focus is on the Strait of Hormuz, as any blockade or disruption along this strategic route immediately translates into higher costs for consumers.

Berjani emphasized that geopolitical tensions are the main factor driving uncertainty in global supply.
